hi, i feel like all of my relationships are just extremely unhealthy. there is so much negativity and toxicity and baggage in each and every one. most of all, my family is toxic. they've caused so much trauma both psychologically and emotionally to me and it's messed up my ability to make logical sense of things. i feel the effects of complex ptsd all the time in every relationship. i always feel like my thoughts feelings and memories are jumbled. it stops me from making close friendships with anyone and it's honestly an isolated living hell. i don't feel comfortable reaching out to any of my current friends for emotional support because of the complicated internal trust issues i have with myself which extends to everybody else in my life. this makes me feel extremely isolated and love-less+support-less. i desperately need support and i have no idea how i am going to manage to get it. i feel like the things that have happened are too much for me to be able to easily recover. it makes me feel mentally sick.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

I took a year off from relationships a while back to be a better friend with myself and I highly recommend this.
I had a couple questions. Your profile says you are 18 years old and you just started college. Is this college away from home or are you still living with your parents? Maybe you can get your own place, away from the parents. You are an adult now, after all.
Also, have you made any connections at your new college, people that you think you'd like to be friends with? College is a great time to make new friends.
Making new friends, trying to get out and socialize (with your old friends too), and making plans to move out of your parents' house, are some ideas to get you going with your new life ahead. It is not as hard as it seems. I loved moving out and living in a place away from my parents. All freedom, fun, great times, great memories. You can do this!! One foot in front of the other.
