You have to excuse me. I am incredibly curious. I was reminded of the "five minute fly" by by someone else in SEXLESS MARRIAGE . Over there..... there are a few who may occasionally get that , but little else. (I have been even more deprived and gotten nothing for WAY TOO LONG.)
In that group, after so long of being disregarded and untouched (often feeling punished) by our SOs it seems more important to share more than that (or a "closet quickie" or a "nooner") I have discovered men and women both often crave affection , attention, and to actually feel loved and connected. (I always thought it was just a woman thing.)
What I do wonder is how do most of you feel on the subject? I am one of those romantics who wants someone who's got more than 5 minutes to get his rocks off and put a very quick (but brief) smile on my face. Foreplay (for both of us),some snuggling and maybe a little pillow talk...any would be very welcomed. My entire life I have only been with three men (for the most part, all were5 minute men) so I never really was lucky enough to enjoy the full effect of the anticipation and build up of sexual tension before sharing something so special with someone.
For the rest of the free world, if you are in a relationship or simply finding an occasional connection to satisfy your needs.... I am curious what is enough for you? And do you ever crave more? Or amI the only hopeless fool who does fantasize of too much far too late?

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
But my husband and I are also a close couple so the intimacy and connection goes beyond the bedroom. We are really affectionate but sex is not this fantasy/ romance thing for us. Sometimes it’s quickies, sometimes it’s mindless, sometimes it’s funny, sometimes it’s deeper than that. I think that’s just about being with someone for a while and knowing that sex is just one part of who we are. It’s important; we try to have sex almost every day, but so is everything else, like actually liking each other, enjoying each other’s company, understanding each other, accepting each other, etc.
I can't possibly imagine what it would be like to not have that affection or a healthy sex life. It has to wear at your self-esteem and worth but what you need to remember is that it isn't you. It is the other person. That you deserve better.
I am also in my 50s (I do hate to say it out loud) but for me, I have had so little and nothing great, that as my clock does tick away, I think of this gift of time that I still have left. This stirring up of emotions, wants and needs for me...I have so much I have missed out on and so much to give.
Truthfully though, it has been so long... I do worry if I ever do come across my kind , mature swine I may lock him in for a week or so and have my way with him. Haha (I do believe all the men are breathing easier since they are too far away.)
I think also if you’ve not had it in a while, the fantasy trumps the reality. It’s not always going to be something wrapped in this neat little package because there are so many things that factor in: mood, physical health, stress, yadda, yadda, yadda.
I have another question for you. You said you are a religious man? I am finally to the point where I am passed the hang-ups of being ashamed of my body. i no longer feel guilty or dirty for wanting to share all of this with someone special. That being said..... while I do truly want to experience so much of what I have missed and truly let go as you say. I still have one more hurdle......As perverted as my mind has been lately, even if I find one special person .... Am I going straight to hell when I finally act on my desires?, I do pray for forgiveness for my sins. Lord knows I have some ....I believe my naughty mind may top my list)
I was told on two separate occasions long ago that I was a hot ticket waiting to happen. (to me that was a big compliment as I had been taught to be quiet , polite and behave) Help me out here? Does a hot ticket equal a HO who is headed for the hot seat?
You know me. I am curious on others take here.
@ gregsbaby.... not sure how but we went from frogs to toads the prince (then all men were pigs....bringing us up to the swine... and as they explain a kind mature swine can be much more preferred than a very spoiled enabled prince. lol
Given this day and age... I don't think I will go that route again. And I can't behave forever. Have for too long already. haha
Ifinallygetit and I want to know where you are? How many states away---- we may just come searching for you? lol (only kidding . We are not stalker babes.)
Most people who’ve been on the planet for a while have some baggage from previous relationships. It doesn’t necessarily mean they are damaged. A lot of times it just means they are more selective about who they want to spend time with
and realize their overall happiness is not contingent on being in the arms of another human being.
Instead of praying for forgiveness for being horny, pray for the resolve to get yourself out of your shitty marriage as soon as possible.
