Lately, the area between my breasts have been hurting. I think it's my bra. It doesn't hurt to wear it. It hurts only when I laugh, or cough, or move in some way, so probably muscle. Does anyone else hurt like that? I have a sports bra so I am going to try that for awhile since the bra doesn't sit in that area. Also, I've had my bra for almost 2 years and it's not too tight. In fact, I think it's a bit too lose but I don't want to tighten it just in case it is causing the pain.

I know this is stupid, but after not being able to find a job after graduation for almost two years, I ended up just taking an online teaching job because I couldn't find anything in my field. I was trying to get out of teaching and I feel so devastated. I felt this crushing feeling when I signed the paperwork and when I was in the meetings. I know that sounds so dramatic but it is how I felt. It...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

If the pain does continue, tho', time to call the doc to be safe. Might be something they can do. (Mine actually recommended certain exercises.)
This year I am going to try this........http://www.dreamproductscatalog.com/sleep-bras.html
It looks so much better than a sports bra! I have so many sports bras, but I feel they are tighter then a regular bra! If I am home, I worry not, just don't wear one, hopefully this year this "sleep bra" will help me, looks nice and loose and soft! May even go one size bigger just in case. Not sure on that one yet.
All I know is eve since I was DX with fibro, if I had to wear a bra some place, It came off when I got in the car towards the ride home, that is how much pain they caused me!
Good luck
My suspicion is that if we stop wearing bras and our bodies get used to it, we will flare when we wear them. I live in a climate that is hot almost all year. I cannot wear necklaces or scarfs without my neck and upper back screaming at me.
If you are busty, perhaps the discomfort is the weight of your breasts and you need to tighten the bra?
Thanks for the idea!
