Hello! I've been on a "diet" for about 2 and a half weeks now. I don't like to call it a diet because it's better for me to look at it as a lifestyle change. I weigh every Wednesday and I've lost 10 pounds so far. I am trying to lose about 100 altogether before the year is over. I've gone these past few weeks with no soda or tea. Also, I need a workout routine!!

Ah, work out routines, any physical concerns to keep in mind? I'm so used to using a list of physical therapy exercises, I always start there. I know that stretching is the ultimate in the first thing that should be done to keep the muscles limber. Walking/treadmill routines are excellent too, not to mention weights/muscle strengthening exercises.
