Hi all, I'm new here, but I am really interested in hearing some dieting tips that you all use stay healthy when you're busy. I am not necessarily looking to lose weight, but I just want to be healthier all around. I am a junior in college and I am EXTREMELY busy between work, school, volunteering, and actively participating in my sorority. I buy healthy foods, and I try to stay active but with all of the things I have going on I find it very hard to not eat on the go quick food. I would really love to learn some new healthy recipes if anyone has some good ones. I'm also looking for some quick tips on how to diet when your life is a mess. Thanks in advance!

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer.
