Has anyone tried the 75 day hard challenge? I've seen it all over tik tok and I think I am wanting to try it out. For 75 days, you have to drink a gallon of water, do 2 45-minute work-outs, one inside and one outside, read 10 pages out of a motivational book, and take a progress picture EVERY DAY! I really think I'm going to try it out and see if it helps. I have a PDF of a journal if anyone wants me to send it to them!

Good luck to you. I could not drink that much water. The other stuff doesn't sound too bad.

I have been watching kidney health information videos interviewing an MD specializing. Is a gallon of water safe for anyone? A gallon is over 133 ounces, and I for one, don't weigh over 266 pounds. Seems that would be overworking the kidneys. It would be interesting to see the PDF, sgsmith, and possibly adapt the principles of the challenge.

The bottom line for me was to appreciate that even our fat cells play a...

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...
