Have been weight lifting 2-3 times a week since November 22 2012.
Exercising cardio 5 days a week.
Diet - eating healthy.
It took me 3 months to first see weight drop. I kept changing speed, intensity, sometimes throw in Crossfit etc ... Saw 15 pounds weight loss in total from 3rd month to 6 month.
Now the problem is i feel the scale isnt moving again. Its stuck again. Any advice helps.

She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body.
