I continue to maintain my goal weight!
I made a 2 month goal for April & June to eat according to MyPlate recommendations. It is a bit of struggle and takes lots of planning to get it to all balance out at the end of the day. So far I managed it a couple of days but most I am at 75%.
i was 186.5 lb on 7th of march. i made some changes in my diet and almost lost 6 lb and came down to 180 lb on 31st march. but my blood pressure dropped. so i had to increase my sodium intake. but i gained 2 lb in the last week. so i am 182 lb now.
hope i get back to 180 lb by 13th april.
pls wish me good luck.
Thank you for continuing to post this discussion topic, LorrieOnline.
Everybody, keep trying to get to your desired weight, and have a great week!
I would just like to reach my goal so that I feel accomplished! My figure looks great, my clothes are fitting quite nicely and I'm constantly getting compliments on my weight loss from people I haven't seen in a while.
Anyways... pre Easter.... on good Friday, I was 0.5lbs away from my goal. I ended up gaining weight as i had too many parties to attend. I have lost 1.0 lbs since last week and my new weight is 141.5 lbs. I only have 1.5 lbs to lose to reach my goal of 140.0 lbs.
It's so hard to lose these last two pounds. My body doesn't seem to want to let go of them. I had given myself until mid-April to reach my goal and I hope I can do it. BUT, it is really hard.
@Lorrie and @Joyce: Wow. I'm so proud of you guys.... you hung in there and didn't give up and now all your efforts are paying off. Good bye plateau!!
OMG....OMG....OMG..............................OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
April 10, 2013
I DID IT!!!!! I achieved my goal this morning! I can't believe it. I'm still in shock. In fact, I must have stepped on the scale at least five times just to make sure that I saw what I saw. AND... I did see what I saw!
140.0 lbs!
Thank you very much!!
How I dropped 1.5 lbs overnight is beyond me but I'll take it!
I reached my goal 6 days before my deadline.
CONGRATS!!!!! What are you going to reward yourself with? I read an article that says it needs to be NON-FOOD, but that you should reward yourself for a job well done, and that is CERTAINLY a job WELL DONE!!!! It will take me a bit longer to reach my goal, but It's VERY nice to know it's possible!!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!
I'm definitely thrilled to finally see the number on the scale!
I'm going to try and maintain this weight. Try and be good.
I'm rewarding myself next week... on my birthday! That was my goal date and I achieved it sooner! I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.... but I like the idea of rewarding myself with a non food item.
But maybe I can have some cake?
You inspire me to rethink my ideal weight and, maybe set a new goal of 135 lbs! I've watched as you set new goals and achieve them!
Good for you.
I'm thinking that the extra 5 lb loss will give me some wiggle room and just trim up.
I have 12 lbs left to lose to reach my mini goal.
Recently my daddy has increased rewarding me for every 5 lbs I lose. he has been, is re building wab row
Recently,he rewarded my 14 lb lost with another dam pr of Flipeo Viti shoes.
last thing I need n want is another pr of dam shoes.
At least w tis wk shoes he rewarded me w a chanel hand bag.
During winter, for myself, I started getting 3 hr sray on tan.
Aw summer, swim suit n lotions.
Until I go ahead n get butt implants I will be wearing shorts w swim suit, top to beach.
I have had, am haveing a hell o of a time loseing n keeping off last bit of weight.
From what I have gather this is normal.
:) :I :)
I think setting new goals is a great thing. We should always have something we are striving for. Instead of setting my goals based on weightloss now, I have switched mine up to be focused on fitness and maintaining my weight.
A couple of my new goals for the end of the year are: 1) still be below 145; 2) be able to do 50 pushup on my toes; 3) increase my running speed to be able to run a mile in 10 minutes.
Congratulations again!
I look forward to the day when I have reached a good weight, and losing weight is no longer the goal.
