I moved into my dads place to help take care of him. Its not easy on me. And I left a better job and home. My ma died in 2012. And my dads in bad shape. So I know what your going through.
All you can do is your best and help to make them comfortable.
All I can think to say is this: in life we get peaks and valleys. When the valleys get too low to deal with, unload on family/friends and seek their support. Seek our support here as well.

remember everyone has doors they need to go through some may be harder than others but you are strong you need to have hope that someday you will find your self as a great person who been some tuff stuff and that stuff is what made you strong..
