please don't. I attempted it once after being locked up and drugged up against my will/my life was destroyed and those around me. Seek help. Keeping you and your children in my prayers. Reach out to the Samaritans. If it is too much to raise your kids on your own, ask for help. I should have instead of listening to others. I should have given my child up for adoption. Instead it drove me into an early grave, among other compounding issues. Pray for wisdom to do the right thing for everyone, yourself included.

I don't know how old your children are. I know mine have been through a lot growing up with my depression and all my issue's but I hang on for them I don't want to leave them with that memory of me. I will go trough this hell we have all felt or feel right now. That is the least I can do for them. If I can do it you can to. I understand the pain and being desperate, being so tired of it all but there is one thing we can for our kids is hang on.

I remember a girl throwing herself off the library building at Auckland university in the 70s.

She landed on some young guy who was walking by. Killed him dead.

She survived.

I can remember when I had a plan to jump from a very high place. It was just a matter of when. The pain and exhaustion were too great. But here I am many years later and glad I didn't do it. I would have missed out on so much with my husband and son. I still am very sick and often dont' want to keep doing this. But I do it anyway. I do it for them. And if you have your girls adopted the day will come when they will want to know who their mom is/was. If they find out you killed yourself it will affect them for the rest of their lives. I know you don't want that for them. Please get more help.

I told my husband about your situation. He said you need to find a way to clear your head a little bit.
He suggests going camping or taking a walk. The weather is going to start getting warmer with the coming of spring. Maybe you can get out and enjoy the flowers when they start to bloom. Just find something to keep your feet planted firmly so you can hold on.

Why dont' you tell us more about what is going on with you? Your posts tend to be very short. People here often feel better when they get it out and let others know how they feel and what is going on with them.

how old are your children ........that is somthing you don't want to leave with your children .....depending on there age they will have guilt over it and ....and posibly develop depreshion .......depreshion can run in family's ...it runs in mine ..on my fathers side .......but was never talked about .......I am willing to lisen if you are willing to talk ....I am not in here that often so you can mesage me ..or send a friend request .......................I was in very bad shap ware I tried to comit suside but my son woke up from a nap ..that's how out of it I was ....I put my self in the hospital ....it was the best thing I could of done for my self ....they had to give me ECT to get me back I went dowen so far ......but ....I came back and today ..I am happy I did I am doing good now don't feel depressed ..it was a long road but you can do it with the right help ......I will be keeping you in my prayers ....God bless

You can get through this dark time and make it to a better time. For you and your kids.

You need a support system asap. If nothing else I would suggest you at least try finding a church that can support you. At this point anything is better than death.

If you do, you will have to come back and do life all over again....in my belief system, that is. Death is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

No, no no. Please no. Chuck your suicide plan and make a better plan, or any other plan. I've been where you are, in at very dark place, and I know it can seem so real to think about death. But please don't act on those disturbing thoughts. Let them pass. They will if you let them. Sending you healing thoughts and vibes.

What are you going through that you would even consider this as a solution. Jumping does nothing but sends someone into the hospital for months and months of recovery or permanent physical issues. Things can seem dark but you would be surprised how taking one step in a good direction be the start of more good things happening. You should talk to different people about options. I'm sure you must have people who care about you and would love the opportunity to be of help. It's never as dark as it seems.♥
