Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

By all means, stop making your ex look like a good person. Being honest, but subdued, can work wonders. Don't lie about him, yet don't go out of your way to make him look bad. From what you have said, he will do a good job of making himself look bad.
Your children will need something to hang onto, or they are likely to assume daddy left them because they were bad. Measured truth often works best. Give them enough to go on, but not so much that they have to deal with emotions they are not ready for just yet.
Once again, thank you for such good news!
Moral of the story is don't give up! There is a place for you and it's not worth the pain.
Feeling overwhelmed always makes me severely depressed which brings on thoughts of suicide.
Life can get better. There are always places to go to get help. Make sure to make the right decision first as the wrong decision is permanent.
God Bless
