Do your achievements define you?
I thought today that if you do not love yourself, then of course you would never pick yourself up. Any individuals need for self love is at it's most when they feel bad about where they are in life. You wouldn't invest in yourself if you don't love yourself. You wouldn't take your life in your own hands if you don't love yourself.
To come back to my first question. If one believes that their achievements define them, that they are unimportant if they don't achieve whatever they consider enough, that's when depression takes hold. That's how I am experiencing it.

She considers herself my friend, but is she really a friend? That’s my main question.She can call me any time and I’ve always been there for her. When I try her it’s a completely other story! She never makes time for me! It’s always on her watch. I think I should turn the tables and ignore my phone next time I see her caller ID on my screen. I think it’s time I be assertive!Star.
