So today I cut I was just so depressed I did not know what else to do like I'm so used to cutting being my one resource and iv been to mental hospital before i have the resources but I still did it just something in my was like do it I dont even know why I joined this group mabey cause I need someone who understands

These are hard times right now which doesn't help anxiety and depression but I think having online support helps. You're not alone in the struggle of self harm. I too have been doing it more lately because of anxiety and depression being worse. But we have to hope this will all pass soon and we have to do our best to stay strong and try to rely on healthier ways to cope while still forgiving ourselves for slipping up every once in a while. We are all going through such a weird existence, and the entire world is going through it. The best thing to do for ourselves is to try to stay healthy right now, more than ever in our lives. Do as many healthy things as you can do right now. Eat right, exercise daily, get enough sleep, stay away from stress. Maybe only watch 30 minutes of virus news. Be kind and good to yourself. Being healthy right now is the best thing you can do to not catch this virus. There is help out there too, please don't hesitate to reach out to family, friends, psychologists, therapists. We're all in on this together! Hope the virus goes away SOON!!

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.
