Nothing is enjoyable anymore. I chose this life that I'm living and I hate it. I go on Facebook and everyone looks so happy. I used to be happy. I used to have a significant other. Now I'm dating someone but it's not quite the same yet. And I'm depressed. I hate this life. Each night I say tomorrow is a new day, I'm going to get up early and get things done, but I never do. I lay on the couch until I have to go to work at 2pm. Ugh. What do I do?

Look at it this way if you do nothing then you feel bad for doing nothing. If you do something every day you can say I am depressed and down , BUT I did something even if it something small. IThe little accomplishments took me into bigger ones and eventually I was able to snap out of some of the depression. Not doing anything just leaves more to be done and that builds and feeds depression.

If life is pointless, "shake the dust". Do something outrageous, something to get your blood pumping....
I know the feeling of not being able to enjoy anything. I work out. It raises those endorphins to make me feel good about absolutely nothing, plus the accomplishment I feel afterwards kinda feels good. You should try getting your sweat on.
