Even going out and sitting in a coffee shop with a cup of coffee and a magazine or book can be just enough to lift your spirits.

I get that everyday boredom. I love TV and movies, but it would be broken up with hanging out with my sister. Ever since she died I have no one and trying to keep occupied by the TV all the time gets old. Word finds, puzzles, YouTube, games, books, even sitting in star bucks and reading the paper.
