Why is it that when I am feeling really down and depressed, the only thing that tends to bring me comfort is crawling into bed, or the couch and hiding from the world. Its the only thing that seems to calm me down.
I find that I have been sleeping in major excess.
Other nights, absolutley nothing.

I set up a personal appointment to have routine blood work. I am requesting an Iron panel as well as a thyroid panel done.
I take Prozac for Depression, I am currently at a dose of 80 mg, and Prozac is the only thing that has been found to help. When I am good about my medication the depression settles a bit, but I have anxiety that surfaces at the most inconvenient of times. I don't know how to control that.
