Nope. I am lucky. I am blonde and really never noticed any grey One good thing I got from mom... she never had to either.
My nephew's wife who became a hair dresser ( lead stylist at Lord's & Ladies) did so because in their family in their 20s they start with a grey stripe down their part... then hair turns prematurely grey . She has done her mom's ,hers and rest of the families ever since. Colors sometimes change like fall leaves. haha.

Do you have manicured nails ? (Did you ever? I did just for wedding)

No manicured nails, had it done for my wedding and that’s it. I am very low maintenance. Lol

Do you treat yourself to spa days?

Never have but would like to try it out.
A friend said we should all go for pedicures (and massages . said even her ex bf was hooked on them . Lord knows my tootsies could use some tlc. )

I’ve never done a spa day, I go for massages but they are for pain relief not relaxation.

Oh they do say that is good for the skin... and circulation. Never did wax .. but think them ripping all out at the roots is better than me missing a spot and having a sprout here or there. lol

No, but do sometimes have sinus issues as I have gotten older.

I do think I would do better if I were allergic to food. (haha) Then I may lose a pound or two.
(Actually do think I am doing ok anyway. Even not getting all the exercise in... being active at work then eating reasonably I am doing ok.... No binges on ice cream...

Any plans for the weekend?

Do not ask. I have some heavy duty cleaning and sorting round the entertainment center... then need to put together a new cabinet we had forever but he never bothered to do I need to see if the neighbors will come over to help me move and reconnect on the new cabinet. (My cable has been screwed up for probably a week. I can't reach either cord and noticed that other cords pulled down in the back. So I have no clue what needs to be connected where. I am technologically challenged.)

Hope to get some fun in there somewhere. lol

Sounds like you are going to be busy.
My girl is suppose to spend the weekend with us, she is starting to go through her stuff, she’s moving at the end of July. Makes me sad as I doubt she’ll ever move back here. Oh well, she has to make a life that she’s happy with. Other than that, a buddy asked if we could talk, he has a lady he wants tell me about. If it’s nice we may social distance and sit by the fire.
