I drink a lot but not always enough water (Does my diet green tea count toward that? It is made with water. hahaha)

I was drinking more water at work, since being off I’m not doing as well. I drink green tea as well, they say it counts towards your water goal as long as you don’t put anything in it

Do you keep a food journal? I use to and it helped so I want to get back at it

Haven't been writing it down but trying to keep in my mind. I think I will take your advice and do it on paper so I can actually see.

Does you pup play fetch and drop for you to throw again? (Kozmo used to bring it close, but not give it back. lol)

Yes he does but he doesn’t do it for long, he prefers to just chew on the toy

No I actually never had one. Wanted to try but was afraid it would not work. I should have tried a kit.lol
I did make my share of gingerbread boys/ girls to add to cookie platters.

Not too often. We do get some wicked winds sometimes here on top of the hill.
