Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
It has been almost eight months since my ex and I broke up. I found out she cheated on me after dating for two years. This happened eight months ago and I am over it because I know that I am a better person and it is her loss. I'm constantly involving myself with work and college. However, I am missing the "love connection". I often find myself making friends easily but I slowly go back into my shell because I feel like I have to protect myself from being destroyed again. I want to feel loved again by someone else other than my family. I like to experience different places and experiences with someone I really care about. When I see other couples happy, it makes me very depressed inside and I can't function for the rest of the day because I miss having that special connection with one person that cares about me the most. I need help because I need suggestions on how to get past the scared stage of getting involved with another woman. I would really appreciate suggestions and not ridicule as I have been struggling with this sense of feeling lost and alone for about two months.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

But, women notice when a guy is strong and healthy mentally. To get there, all you need to do is focus on yourself. Take up hobbies, hang out casually with friends...find your sense of humour to openly flirt again. Girls love that!
Best of luck to you!
