I have been married for 2 years already, I was married when I was 18. Me and my husband has been having problem lately, he has been a cussing me of being unfaithful to him when I haven't. He has been over controlling for the pass months. I rally overwhelmed over this whole situation that even make me think of just moving out. Take note I been trying to make it work but it seem like nothing is working. What should I do at this point ?

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...
Do you have any idea why he started acting this way? Did anything at all change, happen?
And, did it start after you were married or was he at all jealous and controlling before you were married?
Also, keep in mind, and I say this not to be hurtful, but sometimes people act jealous and accuse their innocent partner of cheating... because they are cheating.
But please do not go looking for it, for you can fault in anything when we look for it.
I hope you are in school, and you should be focusing on your goals, what you want to do in life. Where you see yourself in your career. Focus on your work, on your health.
What are your hobbies, what do you enjoy. what do you love about yourself.
Stop focusing on him, you can not fix him,
Dont engage in his attacks, and if it gets physical get out.
I pray you are safe and healthy.
And will keep testing you until he gets help for it.
If he has self esteem issue it will only get worst.
If he is cheating, the other person can be putting press on him it bad ways.
Of course confront him with this is not going to help, and will only make things worst.
Keep focusing on yourself and caring for yourself and loving you just the way you are.
Most likely, you've mingled with someone who envies you in some way, and usually, this happens when a close friend or family member is passing judgment on you to hurt you for something they imagine you've done to hurt them. And oftentimes you've really done nothing - it's just the fact that this person is having low self-esteem issues. Have you ever heard the old expression "misery loves company"? What it means is that when a person is feeling bad or having a tough time in life, suffering painful emotions and hard or difficult times, these types look to upset the lives of others in order to feel less alone in their own personal misery, which sort of takes the spotlight away from their own tough issues.
I recommend asking for the names and faces of your accusors. Talk with your husband and ask to know where this damaging information about your character is coming from, and challenge these people on what's been told that is against you, ask for proof and honest facts, which I doubt that any will be able to prove that you've been cheating on your husband. These people are lying because they are way afflicted with their own private lives.
I hope for you to break free of the misery. I am sorry that this is happing to each of you. It is so unfair and unnecessary too.
