DS mistakes

I have been thinking about all the mistakes that I have made while on this site. One that comes to mind, is even opening my mouth in the first place. I believe that my true calling should have been to just lurk in the background. It's hard to mess up when you don't talk to anyone. When communication is involved, there tends to be drama. I don't like drama.
What would you consider to be some other DS mistakes?

I agree George, I do the same thing. I say what I think but there are without a doubt times that I put a little more thought into things.

I've made the mistake of posting, looking for support in a couple of REALLY raw vulnerable states of mind, and getting some hard to take, nasty responses. I think in those really raw vulnerable states of mind, looking for support publicly is not a wise choice, simply because everyone on a forum is entitled to their opinion, and I just wasnt prepared or in any state of mind to hear the bad with the good.

And maybe I made the mistake of not communicating just how horrible I was feeling when I posted them.

RaCK, people for the most part do not come here to hook up, but, after forming bonds with other members, it has been known to turn physical.

I haven't seen them in this support group, but can't speak for DS, now, that's just my thinking. Dating site is DS just a joke running around here.

1. Biggesistake, Like others, hooking up with another DS'r....BIG MISTAKE,
2. Trusting others on DS when they didn't deserve it.

Damn there are a lot of victims here. I suspect most interactions where people got hurt on this site were when two very vulnerable people relied on each other. It happens, online and in real life. No reason to get jaded over it IMO.
