Ya know...I was just messaging a friend and this occurred to me...what is it that I am looking for in a future mate. I know that my ex and I were not truly compatible or we would have survived through the challenges we faced. I know I want someone who is very attractive, (petty I know and shallow), I want someone who is willing to talk problems and challenges out, someone who is willing to communicate with me, someone who has a very aggressive sexual appetite, someone who understands about dreams and is willing to stand by my side as I make them come true, some one who is willing to support me, someone who wants to help me keep a clean house, someone who doesn't mind taking her share of the cooking, someone who likes getting wet (swimming, showering...use you imagination)...someone who loves movies and also could leave the TV off for days and just relax and read, someone who loves a good fire and cuddling, someone who can accept me with all of my faults and still love me in spite of them...

To find that we have to look until we find the real deal, instead of trusting that someone is just because they said so. They may think they are all that but self perception is wrong allot of the time. lol

I want someone that is just secure in who he is. If he is really secure in himself the rest kind of falls in place. I would love to have someone with a great sense of humor and was compatible with my type of humor. And most importantly someone who could step into the shoes of a dad and love my daughter and son as if they were his own. I am certainly not looking for quite a while...but in time it could happen.
