Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Since he's showing up at your workplace, have you talked to your HR and/or supervisor about the situation? If you haven't yet, they should know about the situation.
You're being very strong about all of this. Just be sure to be careful too, and check in here so we know you're okay. *hugs*
You have to get your voice and that voice is a very loud NO so that others could hear from a far distance.
I believe you were allowed to call the police before if he came around because a group you went to you assisted you with that. I asked you to call that group that helped you and tell them you had talked to him on the phone and let him in. What did they say? How does that impact you calling the police again, and how long do you have to avoid calling the police on him?
And it is highly illegal and should get him in big trouble
It is strange how they think they have done nothing wrong and leave us feel guilty for their wrong doings
I don't know if you State has a harrassment law order....sometimes the courts won't allow a restraining order but they will allow harrassment...
Leaving a note on your car doesn't bother me, but walking in to your work and sneaking up on you, standing outside the window with his face up against it starring at you, is just freakin' scary stalkerish.
You need to take this shit serious. Protect yourself before we end up not hearing from you again.
He pushes, and you push back harder. When he is convinced that he can't control you and that you are finally stronger than him, THEN HE WILL LEAVE YOU ALONE.
