Confusion kind of putting it all out there
Hello,
I am looking for some insight, I posted on here roughly 2 years ago.
Maybe you can enlighten me. Been with my wife for 6 years married going on 3 in October. She had an affair 6 months after we got married March of 2016. We separated for 3 months. We got back together and worked on things and found our compassion again. Something neither of us had felt for a few years. We have a daughter who is now 4. Well I got promoted for work and we moved to Texas 2 years ago. I’ve been completely insecure, not confident etc since then. We’ve reached out for help but it was only me participating in marriage counseling two separate times. My wife recently said she was done. I always check her email texts snap chat etc. I used to be a MAN we used to be both independent and we had great convos before our daughter. She also said she wasn’t in love with me anymore but has love for me because of our daughter. So few weeks ago she said she wanted to go out with co workers I said alright cool have fun (on the inside it ate me up) was first time since the affair she has gone out or felt the need. She came home very late like 3am and then again went out after our date night the next weekend and didn’t come home. Well I caught her naked at the co workers house with 3 other men(first thought was drugged she was wasted) got a gut feeling and tracked her phone, at 6am. Which was also on my birthday btw. She said they went swimming and she lost track of time. She was embarrassed and ashamed and didn’t come home until two days later. We sat down had an adult discussion. She said she didn’t have another affair. I asked her multiple times. She said she cut loose. I don’t believe her. The bad thing is I still love her dearly. I have a feeling she is but is lying again my gut was right the first time. So she said she would like to separate. She never said divorce. So having experience two weeks ago I cut contact we used to text all day everyday. I don’t ask for permission to go with the guys and reading books (I hate reading) I started hitting the gym again. I lost 12 pounds and gained 5 lbs of muscle. I’m positive , I’m getting up early I’m taking care priority one of our daughter spending good time with her and taking care of myself. It’s been two weeks. So recently she has been like: you don’t like to read, why are you in such a good mood all the sudden, since when don’t you ask me before you go places. She asked if it was ok she went to the gym with me I let her. Then this Sunday she had plans and I had plans for me and my daughter and she cut her plans and wanted to spend time with us. We slept together 3 days ago. So I’m getting mixed feelings she hasn’t said anything about divorce or splitting up. Any advice first im still going to continue my change now. The gym thing is how we pretty much met so I’m wondering if she’s revisiting old times. I started doing my normal chores but not cleaning up after her or doing her laundry. We’re doing marriage boot camp in a week. I’m pretty sure she had another affair but I don’t want to pester at it until we finish the boot camp. I looked at bank statements today and I get email access and saw that she bought a pregnancy test. I brought it up out of dark in a smart fashion and suggested she get one, little did she know I knew she bought one early today. She never admitted to it. Or said she did when I suggested. Do you think I just ignore for now? Sorry so long

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

She sounds weak and needy, in the sense of her self esteem.
Stay true to yourself, take care of yourself.
Stay healthy for yourself.
Be independent, show your daughter the love she needs to see.
You will see that when you stay the man in the relationship she will always need and want you.
When you love her in such a way you are not fearful of losing her, she will always stay strong to your power.
