*waves finger in bossy way*
*come hold me and afterwards, call your parents m'kay?*
As for your statement....of "Sometimes I regret ever meeting my wife....". Well all I can say is that I couldn't agree more. I personally struggle with the fact that I chose such a poor mother for my girls. For someone who would do anything for their kids to have kids with someone who would do anything for themselves first than their kids...is something I will never know how it happened.
When she loaned them money in their young marriage, They paid her back eventually with a small amount every month. I beleive they still send her a payment, even though the loan is paid off.
My Ex is being uncooperative, I do not qualify for many of the programs in my county (I still make too much money- HA!) I have already borrowed from creditors. My parents ask me all the time, if I need anything. I say no until I cant say it anymore. Crap they even paid for an oil change today. I really am grateful. They have been supportive, but I still hate it.
I know how you feel. I am a grown woman who shoud be able to manage my bills, but my marriage and then the divorce crippled my finances.
((((((RMAN))))))))
Go ahead, borrow from mom and dad- eventually you will get to a place when you can give back.
FODDY!
Rman - put it this way: if your girls were in trouble and they had reservations about coming to you for help, wouldn't that make you feel bad?
It is the same with your parents. I imagine they love you very much and would not want you to have an issue coming to them if you needed their help.
Suck it up R - make the call/have the conversation. We've all been there (in one way or another).
Good luck with whatever you choose.
