Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

You are divorced. So you are completely done with him, right?
It's time to block his number and not talk to him ever again. He's part of your past. Time to look forward to your future.
He can't hurt you if you don't let him.
It's hard to switch gears after being with someone so long, but it's time for you to break ties (except and only for, conversations that involve your son) and to get away from this person. There is no reason to be talking to him about his new person, etc. He is just being verbally abusive by saying these things to you.
But you don't have to hear it any more. You are not with him any more (thank goodness!) so who cares who he is with now. Any new woman will have to deal with his controlling and stalking ways, and verbal abuse now. Too bad for her... You know what kind of person he is, and what she is in for.
Would it help to talk to a therapist to make this transition into single life a little easier?
So I started going out with this new guy and thought the sex would be routine as it with you, a couple of minutes, yada, yada, but wow I cannot believe how turned on I am by Jedd. Now when I see him, it's like maybe we can spend some time together and cut the movie short. Again nothing against you, ex, but I have to say I have opened a new horizon in my life.
