i have already planned my next suicide attempt. I’m debating whether I should tell my therapist. Some moments I feel I am ready, then a couple hours later I realize what a bad idea it is. I just want it all to go away. I’m tired. I want to live my life and have hope for a future but I really just don’t. One moment at a time. I keep repeating to myself Exodus 14:14 “The Lord will fight for you, you need only to be still”. I feel like such a screw up. Tomorrow’s therapy session will be interesting.

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...


I’ve bwen deep breathing and listening to calming music but my mind won’t shut off
If you can't sleep I am here, and will be all day as I have work to do on the computer. Keep your breathing exercises going as they will help.
I am in the UK so don't know what iop is? But if it keeps you out of the hospital where you don't do well then I'm all for it.
