matt
chicken pieces of choice in a baking pan
cover with either cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. Straight from can, nothing added. (cambells is good)
bake until chicken is done.
Soup turns into a sort or gravy that can be used over rice or potatos
Foolproof!
you need:
boneless chicken breast
2 eggs
flour
french fried onions (like I said, not sure on the healthy part)
Dip the chicken in egg and flour it up. Crush up the french fried onions and roll your chicken around in it until it is well coated. Set oven to 350 and bake until done. Its an awesome dish. The chicken gets flavored all the way through and the batter locks in the juices.
YOU LAYER IT LIKE LAZANA-CHICKEN,CHEESES, CHICKEN,CHEESES,STUFFEN AND THEN POUR THE CAN OF SOUP OVER IT ALL AND BAKE IT TILL THE CHEESE MELTS.
BTW, YOU BOIL THE CHICKEN FIRST AND CUT IT IN SQUARES AND YOU MAKE THE STUFFEN IN THE MICROWAVE..
SOUNDS COMPLICATED BUT IT IS VERY EASY AND TASTY...
Kids like lots of things but it takes some doing to get the ball rolling.
