I told the er doctor that I was so paranoid stricken that I started to have suicidal tendencies that If I could just take away all my feelings and emotions away forever that would be fine with me

when i am having a mixed episode and i am cycling i get very paranoid-my pdoc is having a hard time finding the right drug combo

I call my pdoc's practice afterhours - they call the pdoc on call, who calls you back. They tell you what to do. If they want you to go to the hospital they tell you which one has the psych ward that they use. You go in that particular hospital, they do an intake and then they call your pdoc (or the one on call) and then they are the ones that admit you. I have been admitted for being psychotic, hallucinations, manic, & having extremely bad akathisia.

I cannot comment too much on my case because it is going before the courts but I was once suicidal and was not believed and almost ended up dead. I suffer from pstd as a result.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
