These should help unless all you want is a pill to put you into "false" sleep. Using your body's resources and natural remedies if you can will be best. Hugs
one it is cheaper than a pharmaceutical sedative, two it does not require a prescription from a doc, pdoc or otherwise, third it will give you the "false sleep" you want, and fourth, as far as I know(i could be wrong someone please correct me) it will not become addictive as a pharmaceutical can become.
for the love of jehosophat call POISON CONTROL AND/OR A QUALIFIED PHARMACIST OTHER THAN CVS. go back to the grocery, buy chamomile tea, bananas and turkey so you don't have to resort to a "drug". also, try all of the suggested alternative therapies FIRST.
That is sad because you are a wonderful woman that could benefit from it without the sedating effects of drugs, if you would only try. It is your attitude about drugs that confuses me. Maybe it is also what frustrates your hubby.
This attitude really is a form of addiction and I base this on many of your previous posts demanding a drug to quell a symptom as if that is ALL there is when you havent even tried. To me, that is sad.
