I cant help feeling that the relationship you have is unhealthy, is there no way to take a time out?

Husbands are supposed to be assholes. I don't know the best way to deal with it. Oh yeah, I've been married twice and divorced twice. I notice that things were really peaceful after a divorce. I'm not suggesting that for you, that's just my experience.

I threatened to not go to my doctor's appointment tomorrow and told him that I didn't care if I got sick and died because of his behaviors towards me and he called me a lazy bitch and told me to fuck off. I can't take a break I have no where to go.

In order to really get to the bottom of your ongoing issues, whats the deal, the set up with your husband. Why are you fighting? How often do you fight and about what?

Why do you tolerate him being an asshole and how are you treating him?

Does you both work, what setup do you have for your chorse?

We have no pans that don't require you to break them or push them down hard just to get into the pan.

fight fire with fire. call him names, and refuse to do the cleaning. if he is not going to apreciate te work you do then there is obviosuly no point in you doing it until he see's how much work it is to do it.

Why on earth would you say something like that? The doctors appointment is for you, its not a tool.

What must your children think and learn growing up in thi kind of environment.

Why do you seem to either be being ordered about like a child ( there's that word again ) or being berated? Are you not an adult.

Tell your husband to share the load. Clean when you can but dont be ordered to do it.

I do all the chores around the house And I never get any respect for it he didn't even appreciate the fact that I put away the dishes. He works all the time and expects me to clean up aftter him. IF I am sick he doesn't cut me any slack......doesn't even give me the week off I could be sneezing down my throat which I do and he doesn't even care about that. If I died today I wouldn't get any respect. He only made me one pan of soup this week and expects me make everything else myself. He doesn't care about me at all.....I am just a welcome mat that he steps on every day.

I think yiu need to take a long hard look at your life. Its hard but if you dont then you're only allowing it to hurt you.

Princess, have you and he ever considered couples counseling? Or, even communication workshops? I don't know if you are religious, but I know a lot of churches offer communication classes/couples reconnection classes for free- and often community colleges do, for cheap. It sounds like you guys need some tips on better communication.
