god i am depressed

so depressed a thing i have not had to deal with for awhile this bad  do not want to be around anyone if i go for a walk have to out behind the building to avoid those sitting out under the trees  just want to vegatatein the house in my own misery



there are things that i planned yesterday  but no energy to do anything barely got dtessed  have to push myself and try and do some needlepoint helps



i should have known   went to bed 2 days now at about 1 or 2 in mirning early for me and had nightmares



i will try to do something  it can wait

Sorry you are feeling depressed. Needlepoint does help you stop thinking, anyway it does with me. Feel better.

thanks guys everything all good now rough couple of days this is the part i really do not want to happen going up have to be eagle eyed with symptoms i have jumped right into full blown mania after an episode like this before just cannot give it a chance not to go there refills on meds going to be delivered i hope soon ins problem but i do not have to do anything they are processing them so i am hypomanic again at least it did not last long
