Forgetfulness

anyone else terribly forgetful? I'm cleaning the house today and I must've walked in and out of the bathroom seven times because I kept forgettable by what I was doing. I also open the fridge to look for paper plates or keys or my purse. Just ditzy stuff like that. My parents are convinced it's all due to my last overdose. And I talked to my therapist about it and she said it could just as well be my meds. But she said my psychiatrist would know better than anyone. So I'm going to ask him about it next time.

Yes I have terrible memory. I always thought I got it from my mom. Her memory has always been bad and she is on no meds at all. But maybe mine is due to my Lithium? Its frustrating because my wife will ask me if I remember the convo we had like the night before and im totally blank. Like I don't recall it at all. And I too will go into a room to grab something and forget all together why I am in there in the first place! Ugh. I wish I could unfog my brain.

Hmm one of my neighbors walked up to my car to apologize for almost hitting my car the other day. I have no recollection of this but she was sure it was my car as no one else on the bloc has a car my color. You'd think I would remember someone almost hitting me

I got in trouble at work the other day because I didn't pull a storage room door tightly to shut it and lock it. I had worked until 8:30pm the night before plus a commute then worked at 6:30am the following morning and had to take an ambien, which makes me stumble the next day. I didn't have any other option though....I need it to sleep in those circumstances.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
