I have a possible new diagnosis to discuss with my therapist tomorrow. It might be the answer to a question that I have had since I was 19. It's called Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD). It happens to a large percentage of people with ADHD, which I have. Actually, I have been watching videos about ADD/ADHD lately. I remember my Mom telling me that she watched a show on ADD and she thought that I had it. That was in the 90s. I don't give it much thought and I take a medication called Clonidine for it. But, as I watch these videos, I see that I suffer from it more than I thought. So that is going to be interesting to discuss. I really should make some notes to go over during our session. I will also discuss my shopping addiction. Today will be the 3rd Sunday that I won't go to Goodwill. Actually, I have gone weeks without going in the past. So I am doing good with not thrifting but I still have an urge to spend money every day to get deals. Almost every day, I order something from eBay. I guess I am afraid to miss the deals because eventually, they might not happen. So I am stocked on cashews, decaf coffee and foundation and I think, mascara but the make-up was ordered a while ago. Back to thrifting, I think in the times that I didn't go thrifting, I shopped online from Kohl's or went to yard sales.

Actually, our Governor called a State of Emergency. I pray that my electric doesn't go out. I had already planned to stay home all weekend to recuperate from a cold and do online training for my job. That will take many hours. I am worried for the outside kitties. I hope your weekend goes better for you.

They have an acronym FOMO, fear of missing out.
It is the time of year I try to find cold weather clothing because I wear out most of my last. years's cold weather stuff. But this year, I only purchased two fleece pants instead of 3. I do wear thin cotton leggings most of the time here in this hot land due to my arthritis and knee pain. Wearing shorts or capris doesn't help my knee pain but keeping the hips and knees and ankles warm does. So I feel like I am not keeping up my vow to not shop but also not wanting to have decent looking legging types of pants to go out of the house in.
