amd I have no one. I went to my pdocs office yesterday to talk to him but he seriously down played my feelings. I do t know what to do. I tried to swallow a bottle of sleeping pills yesterday but I couldn't down thwm. I just kept gagging. So I called a crisis line but they were no help. I talked to a nurse where I work and I don't think she knows how to help. I have no one and no purpose for living. I see my Pdoc again tomorrow. I'm hanging in there. Not that I want to buy I have little choice. I'm done. I don't know what to do

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

I suffered my last full round of suicidal ideation in the late 90's and. . . Remembering it still gives me the sensation of being caught in quicksand. The harder I fight, the faster I sink. . .
