i have a coke with peanuts in it, a pepperoni beef jerky, and one of those small little pie thingies you get from the convience store. I wonder how much poundage I will gain by eating this. For the one package of peanuts its 260 calories but 200 calories from fat. I can almost hear my arteries hardening

oh I work as a network engineer which is a bit of a misnomer since I have a broad spectrum of job titles; none of which really mean anything. So my duties range from basic Systems Administration at the UNIX level to networking, coding, architecture, etc. I've had many different roles and in the end it's only made me a total luddite; which basically means one who eschews technology for more organic life. So without trying to sound pompous that is the best way to explain what it is I do... boring work really but it affords you alot of other freedoms in life.
So that's me from 9-5

I love what I do, I've been working with some of the major video game designers out on the market such as EA and then recently began at another gaming company. Totally laid back party environments. So the social aspect is cool... Just the whole idea where we were designed to be hunter/gatherers and instead sit in a cubicle for hours on end so you tend to become neurotic over time since your basic primal urges are being unfilled, I don't think it's at all healthy what I do for a living but it keeps me in guitars and studio equipment so that's the main thing.

And yes I have grown to love virtually all Seth Rogen films however vacuous. ;)

My son would so envy you. even though I think you have told me about this once before. You help design the games right? Do you get to play them or do you guys have testers? It would only be fair if you got a discount too ;)

I am a gamer myself... Its a great way to waste time lol. I too love Seth Rogan. Have you seen observe and report? That movies awesome

Observe & Report was a fantastic movie and loved it although for having Bipolar he seemed to be only taking Klonopin. Ahh well who expects realism in a Seth Rogen comedy.

As for my vocation, not per se did I play games for a living, in essence they had arcades all over the campus and we were encouraged to do things at our own pace and make our own hours.
Your son would get a kick out of seeing the campus it is huge, and they hold intramural sports for the employees... Me? I was on the murder ball team which was a-lot of fun. Now I'm at a separate gaming company not as big an office but we do have pool tables with which to mess around on. Its also nice to get out of the house and be productive somewhat and I use that word loosely. At any rate that's me in a nutshell., I'm also a sucker for Vince Vaughan movies. ;)
