No need to apologize I reiterated that less for clarity within our discussion but for those who may happen upon it and beginning reading themselves into it. For the nerds here they may remember the old Fidonet days extant on the Shareware boards and this type of elitism began there and whether one chooses to believe it or not randomly accusing people of trolling is a form of arrogant elitism.

Yes it's a broad spectrum termed applied by the same people who promote the very same memes engendered by the 'troll' community.
The whole preponderance of the 'bacon' meme began in the trolling community where they would enter into random forums and write nonsensical diatribes and odes to the joys of bacon and now it has become common place on virtually any forum extant on the internet. They do it a-lot on a-lot of the musicians forums I am on and now I have noticed it has migrated here. Nothing new nor original but it just lends credence to the absurdity of calling people trolls. Trolling can and ultimately is disrupting but not any more so than the in-fighting, name calling and gossiping which exists in virtually any sub-community. At the very least it is good comedy for the most part unless they become malicious and begin to use dns-cache-poisoning techniques or distributed denial of services attacks. It's just always irked me the types of people who create an 'us' vs ' them' mentality while never understanding (outside of a poorly written wiki page) what is in actuality the specific intent and underlying ideologies which inform it. Personally I find trolls repugnant, most of them lack originality and run about bastardization the king's english in an attempt to look hip or what have you. I much prefer to make people think if I can.

LOL I would kill for a shower but the Nazis have yet to ever come in and offer to wrap A. the direct liine and B. the open wound so nope I stink and hair well we wont go there. . . perhaps before they send me to the homeless shelter they will let me shower so I dont have to look quite the part do ya think?

I just had my shower and dried my hair, what a freaking long ass morning that makes it, takes forever, makes me want to cut it all off but then the Gods of metal will smite me and send me to Seattle to listen to grunge cover bands for all of eternity.... and truthfully I don't look good in plaid... :(
