o/wise..due to BP..every day..not cause I 'should'..because I find it sooo beneficial ...little high that comes with it.
So..maybe change it up..variety...walk some days..stretch another..lift weights, cycle whatever.
try not to buy into 'all or nothing' mentality..if you miss some days..oh well..that's ok..don't throw in the towel, y'know?
give it a month, 6 weeks..and see for self if helps things, y'know?
I have these turbo jam videos.....and I did the ab jam today and I am feelin it. I was thinking about taking a break and only doing crunches tomorrow.
are there women only gyms where you are..there are some in my city..possibly less daunting? Maybe?
Heard about another spin class, in NYC..where a man was y'know encouraging instructor ie "whew! You go, girl"..and got punched out by another class member (for being annoying!).
So, my alternate diet plan is one meal a day, and lots of pills, coffee, and liquor to suppress my appetite.
Works wonders, I cans till fit in my prom dress and I'm 32.
