in manic mode today had a yogurt and chia seeds at 7.30 this morning and nothing since but still buzzing and it is after midnight! did loads of walking too today and a terrible shopping spree. phew! time to sit down on the couch here and chill for a while!!

I'm cooking up omelettes, soft-boiled eggs and toast & egg and cheese on an English muffin -- we've got smoked gouda, sharp and mild cheddar, American cheese (for you patriots - okay, that's me too) & provolone! Bread is all homemade and yummy!
