monday night again and here i am not wanting to go to class!! I have nothing prepared, i have had nothing to eat and will be pretty much winging it. I do not even know what to wear for god's sake!!! step 1. have a quick cup of coffee....

back home, just had dinner and class went really well - actually went half an hour over time it was going so well we lost track of time so i said we had better finish up! i wish i could convince myself not to stress out every week because i am good at what i do and after thirty years of it i could probably do it in my sleep! our crazy minds huh? it would be great if we could just tell them to shut up when we need to...relaxing now with a cup of tea and some biscuits/coookies as you guys would call them ( those individually wrapped ones you get with a cup of tea in a cafe) they are yummy....

a big pot of coffee ( i brought my bright blue one, see photos!) and toast, bacon and eggs with some very tasty smoothies - huge array of fruits to mix with yogurts and juice for your own special flavours to kick start your day/afternoon wherever you are.

i'll have a cup of tea now with some banana bread, thanks spacekat. i just got back from doc who started me on a course of steroids for my oedema of ankles knees and hands and i have to go back for blood work in the morning - funtimes!!! they are referring me to an immunologist. I also have the appointment for the basal cell carcinoma (not a serious cancer) on the 15th of march. not looking forward to having that removed. ouch!
definitely love relaxing here with good tea/coffee/drinks/food and company...
