Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Can I interest you in some lovely Canopic Jars?
you can't all be gone to bed already. it is way to early..
chandelier swinging anyone? diving into the ball pool? a game of snooker? backgammon? laze by the fire with marshmallows in hot chocolate and tell stories?
Anybody around?
it was terribly, terribly fat..
one day it jumped up on the sofa
he could not move.
he had no choice but to stay and become the
bp lounge loafer.
a meeting was held and it was decided
a diet must be imposed
poor cat decried but could not deny that
pounds had to be shed or he would forever
have to live and eat and have the sofa for his bed.
some people sniggered, the mice derided but
he ate the low fat bacon and munched some
low fat cheese
and in no time at all he did become
more supple at the knees.
now he can sometimes indulge
in a very small bowl of cream
and still beat the belly bulge and
jump about and be a dream
and play with string and everything
i think we'll call him lean.
have a big bowl of beef stew with savoury scones - I brought plenty for everyone so dig in...
hot whiskeys for afters with lemon sorbet....yummy...we'll be the fat cats tonight..
I think there is a bunch of feeling upended going on right now for many of us. Can you hang in there knowing you a vastly worthy and talented being?
I'll be back for some lemon sorbet rest assured!
I'm popping in for a moment before therapy. Bearing coffee.
I did an interview for a midwestern magazine earlier this morning about my insomnia. That was fun. My boyfriend didn't want me to do the interview because he doesn't think I actually have insomnia. Yet another one of my diagnosis like the Schizophrenia that he's in denial of. It's so irritating.
i guess they just don't believe we can function as well as we do on so little sleep...
i want to smack them sometimes and say 'hey I am not lying, I swear!' lol - nurses in hospitals are always amazed that i am up half the night!
