theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm sorry about the email, Presh. 14 is a weird age to be emailing your dad's ex asking about the baby, sounds like her dad put her up to it. But I think changing your email is a good idea, but don't tell her you're changing it.

good evening/afternoon everyone. it is 6.30pm here and i got back an hour ago from pdoc appointment which went well. we researched latuda but it is not available in this country. we decided to lower the dose of prozac from 100 to 60 and see if that makes a difference. i have been in this low for a long time sprinkled with too many highs. i told him to just shoot me. lol. he refused!!

I just had a cup of tea and toast, i will turn into a slice of toast one of these days!! I have half an hour to get ready to go teach my class and i really do not want to do it but at least i have it all planned out so it should go ok.

where is everybody today? what is going on with you guys?

I finally feel better!! Yes, 2 days in a row. I think the worst is over.
MayB...I hope you just have a cold and not the flu. Stay warm, take decons...drink hot tea.. Whatever you need to do.

I'm holding up. My pharmacy lost my rx for clonazopam which I take for anxiety. Hopefully I can very some more from my pdoc on Thursday. If he says no I'm screwed. I have therapy on Thursday and I'm going to need it.
