Having morning coffee hang out here we can keep you company

I've been craving coffee lately, I need to get some decaffiented coffee. I know, you guys are gonna be like "what's the point of having coffee w/o caffeine??" Well I like coffee for the sweetness of it (I put a lot of cream and sugar) but my meds have made me really sensitve to caffeine, so I've cut myself off of caffeine.

Aw gee...decaf tastes so bad though. Have you found a brand that's good? I would love to be able to have decaf, but it just tastes so YUCK.

I'm glad I never got into coffee, i don't have the caffeine problems when i drink my buckets of tea! saturday is just beginning to happen now during the last hour. I spent the day hiding under the duvet telling the world to leave me alone! it is now 10.50pm. pdoc says he'll call me in the morning. I just talked to my two sons who are both sick with flu and one is the typical man 'oh I can't even stand up for two minutes, i feel so bad!' and the other is 'ah, i'm not too bad i can put up with the severe pain in my stomach, i'll see the doc next week, it'll be fine' so i'm hoping the latter will look after the former! he said he'd make him some hot rice. hopefully they'll feel better soon. they live seven hours away!

I brought a big platter of barbcue ribs with fries if anyone wants some and loads of warm cloths to keep the hands from getting too messy so dig in. and a good selection of those individual ice-cream desserts, so just take your pick.

i hope saturday is being good to people!

i've watched 10 episodes of the 10th season of criminal minds mostly yesterday and am on my second one for today. astonishingly i have found i can watch them on the computer while i cannot watch anything on the tv. go figure! maybe it is because i can have it play with the volume really low on the laptop. i'm sure i'll get tired of it but i am enjoying it for now. it is a great distraction. time to make more tea..

Dobie - I haven't looked for decaf coffee yet, anyone know any brands that might taste decent?? Aww man, it tastes yuck? When I had caffeinated coffee, I used Folgers. I'm gonna have to do some hunting to find some decent decaf coffee.

Irish - I'm sorry that your sons are sick with the flu :( I hope they get better soon. Thanks you for dinner, even though I missed it lol. Can I have some chocolate ice cream for breakfast??

Irish - I don't think I've ever watched Criminal Minds, although I hear it's good. I watch The First 48 from time to time and once in a while I get on a Law and Order SVU kick.

Good morning, everybody - it sure feels good to be back here. After yesterday's all day long stressful adventure, I'm ready to take today off. I'm exhausted. My son cried after he lost his final match that would have put him in first place. He also got pretty banged up on his head. As soon as I saw his tears, I started tearing up - he's so big now I can't just pick him up and cuddle him and tell him everything will be okay. I love criminal minds - I think I might have to make it a marathon netflix kind of day. I'm bringing fresh juices of all kinds to help us make it through the cold without getting one. You guys are great, I hope you know that!

I'm sorry that your son didn't win and that he was so bummed about it, SK, and that it made you tear up too. I hope that ended up having a little bit better of a day today.

sunday must have been the quietest day yet in the lounge. where did everybody hide? i was talking to my sister in sandiego on skype, watched another couple of episodes of criminal minds up to the 15th and then they stop, i presume there will be more but they're not online yet. I have now switched to perception. i'm three episodes into the latest series. i like it. such a temptation to stay up all night watching it though!

I love Criminal Minds. I. Just binged watched all the episodes on Netflix. I have DVRed the current season just have to watch them.
