i'll have plain pancakes! I just cancelled appointment with tdoc because i could not get it together to get out of the house two days in a row. we moved it to next week instead. hopefully, i'll be able to do it then.

i'm ok may, i'm comfy in my room with the laptop and tea and i took two xanax with my morning meds so the anxiety is calming down and i feel a lot better. thanks! glad to have a safe place to be! and nobody hassling me. isn't it wonderful!

and my tea is delicious - i might just make another cup! what luxury!
