Sorry Jo, I won't be going to bed any time soon. I got triggered and now I'm SUPER shaky so I'm waiting for my meds to kick in.

Hey, I just saw your post on the PTSD board and commented on it. I'm sorry that you just got triggered. Is there somehing that you can do to help calm you down?

I'm hanging out on the PTSD board til I calm down then I'll be back over here til I either go to bed or I'll see you in the morning.

I took a handful of my psych meds (all safely prescribed) and I'm getting really tired so I'm going to pray that the nightmares don't hit me hard tonight and I need to go to bed. Sweet dreams Jo.

The problem I have is when the nightmares wake me up there's usually no one to talk to.

Good morning all! Breakfast is served! It's a little different today..........

We're having pancakes rolled around sausage dogs and baked (I hate fried things) scrambled eggs and bacon with coffee, Columbia blend with all kinds of creamers, tea and cocoa
waffles and regular pancakes, crepes (strawberry, blueberry, banana and Hazelnut with a dash of powder sugar
cold cereal anyone? I have all kinds! (TEENS they can't decide!!!)

'Morning Presh, I'm gonna pass on breakfast today, maybe I'll come back and nibble on something later..... don't really have an appetite at the moment.
