Exercise helps me, so does having a plan in place as Joneszy pointed out....
Pay attention to what helps....
Ditto with May.... I know it's difficult to find things that help, but just try to make a note of even the smallest things that help keep you even a little bit distracted.
Precious would baking help? Getting out of the house?
Anything?
But what gets you out of your head and off the hampster wheel of reliving the trauma?
In short what helps? How can you catch a break for 15 minutes?
