being that you are still legally married, in my opinion it would be best to work out those issues first. trying to juggle multiple relationships at once can be tough, especially when more than one might cause conflict. once you and your wife work things out or decide to go your own way, that's when you should really take time to reflect on yourself! take time to learn about who you are and love yourself. once you are comfortable with who you are you can be with someone who supports you and loves you :)

It doesn't matter if your manic and increased sex drive is a symptom of being manic...you can manage the symptoms, its why we get treatment.
