I am doing really bad. For the past several weeks, i have been "manic", which for me translates into extrmely irritable. In the last week, i have started to feel very depressed. I am not going to the gym, i have been overeatting and today..well, i had a SEVERE panic attack while at Walmart. It was super busy in there, people everywhere. I felt trapped all of a sudden. I started shaking,i felt like i was going to pass out. I thought i was going to die. By the time i got to my car i was almost in tears.
I am just feeling awful. I don't know what to do. I just feel so lost and alone. :((

Hey all, i know its been quite awhile since i posted on here. Its been a summer all right. Its been something else........... You know how they say not to open the can of worms? Well a few months ago i decided to find out what my due date would have been for my first baby, the one conceived by r***. My baby would have been due on March 4th of 2006. They would be 20 years old. I was R**** on June...

Walmart can send me into a tail spin also.
Over eating is a coping device . Even though we know t's not good for us.
Is there anything you can take to calm you down ?
Maybe a warm bath and some tea and soothing music ?
You are not alone, most of us have gone through similar experiences .
Hoping you feel better soon !
Walmart was where I had a similar episode not long ago. Breathe in Good, exhale bad, was what helped me, after exiting the store. It helped, and after a few hours I was ok.
I just wanted to crawl under the covers in bed when I got home. Instead, I resorted to mowing a lawn, and that helped speed the recovery along.
I fund when i have an episode as such physical exertion helps , even if i don't feel like it. It's like it excretes that pent up negative energy.
Have you checked in with your pdoc? A med tweak may be in order
Hope you're feeling better soon, ((TC))
I ended up staying home the rest of the evening. Today i made myself go out to the library and go spend my $10 kohlscash. I took a tiny dose of xanax before i left. I did ok but was only out for a few hours. By the time i got home, my anxiety was pretty bad. I dread going to work tomorrow. I have THE COWORKER FROM HELL...and also, i have to go see my oncologist/cancer dr.for my six month follow up (i am a six year appendix cancer survivor)..i dread my visits with him because it is a big old reminder that it could come back...so i do have alot of stressors also going on in my life. I am only looking forward to getting my hair done tomorrow.
Thank u all so much for your support!! I appreciate it!!!
