You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

I'm following Sam's (confidenticandoit) advice and literally just sitting on my hand when I'm at the computer, pretty much the only place I pull. Sadly, I'm on the computer 8 plus hours a day, thanks to my job.
I'm also following the unspoken rule of NOT TOUCHING MY HAIR or head in any circumstance.
If I make it through the end of the day, it will be my third day pull free. It will also be the first totally pull free day I've had at the office all year.
