Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I changed my eating habits right away and within one month I had my diabetes under control.
My anxiety did lesson to some extent.....but it did NOT cure anxiety.
It is more about the negative thinking and stopping it dead in it's tracks. However, I do not want to nullify a healthy diet. For most of us, though, by the time we find this place and other places for help, encouragement, support, and understanding, we have been diagnosed with other medical conditions that are chronic. When dealing with multiple chronic medical conditions, it becomes far more possible to find improvements partially with each change for one or a combination of symptoms and still have the exposure of anxiety be overwhelming at times.
Positive thinking is the number one choice to immediately reduce the anxiety level naturally. When you discover this (and for all of us, it happens unique to our well-being), it's like happiness all folded into a neat area that is comfortable.
Best wishes to everyone!
